How do I drain ALL my transmission fluid? And how much do I put back in?

More than likely you will not drain it all. The most thorough fluid service you could perform is to remove the pan and change the filter. Install the pan and flush the fluid through a cooler line while adding fluid as it runs. I am not sure which cooler line is easiest to get to, or which direction it flows on that vehicle. I would have at least 12 to 18 quarts on hand.
