Electrical problem
2005 Chevy Equinox 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 70000 miles

Attempting to remove front wiper arms on both passenger and driver side. Never removed them before, but there seems to be a nut holding them down that is VERY tight. I want to make sure there is something I'm not missing before I attempt to strong arm the nut off of the top. I believe I may end up having to take it in just to have the wiper arms removed, as I can't seem to get enough oomph on it.

You remove the nut, then use a wiper arm removal tool to get the arm off of the stud. You should be able to get the tool at your local parts store or online.
