Door is stuck both inside and outside door handles seem to work looking inside door seems to release door to open but door will not open can you get me any ideals to get to open? Thanks jd

First make sure the door isn't lockedthen hopefully you have the door panel off and pull hard on the rod that opens the door. It may have a clip broken off at the lock itself. If it is you can still open it just try to reattach the rod and pull on it so it can open, then go to the auto parts store and get another clip. AFter you reinstall the clip, oil the lock with penetrating oil. As well as the assembly by the outside of the door. Oh, and when you oil it make sure the window is up.
