Ok, this is kind of complicated, but I figured i'd give it a go anyway. I have a '92 chevy cav with about 135,000 miles on it. As I was driving it suddenly sounded like I was running something over or something was dragging from my car and getting caught in my front passenger wheel. After a while it stopped, but as far as I could see, I didnt run anything over, and there was nothing left behind. Then my battery light and check gages light came on the dash. As I pulled over and then proceeded to get myself home in one piece, I noticed it was really hard to turn my wheels. Almost like if I was going too fast I wouldnt be able to make the turn becasue the steering wheel would tighten up so much that I could barely turn the car and if I faught against it anymore I thought I could maybe break it and completely lose control of the car. Then when I got home and got out, nothing was hanging from underneath, but it smelled like something was burning and I think I may have heard something dripping, though I couldnt see anything falling to the ground or a puddle forming. Complicated I know. But anything you have for me would help :)
have the same problem?
