Noises problem
2005 Chevy Cavalier Front Wheel Drive Automatic 107, 00 miles

EACH TIME I PUT GAS IN MY GAS, EITHER FILL UP. OR JUST A LITTLE. MY CAR TURNS OVER BUT WON'T START, I HAVE TO WOMP ON THE GAS PEDAL. AND I ALSO HAVE BEEN NOTICING A RUMBLING NOISE , SOUND VERY LOUD WHEN DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD. I JUST HAD AN OIL CHANGE, AND EXPLAINED THIS NOISE TO THE GARAGE, THEY SAID. EVERYTHING SEEMED FINE,
I ALSO JUST GOT 4 NEW TIRES, AND THERE TRYING TO TELL ME, IT'S THE NEW TIRES MAKING NOISE.

MY FUEL PUMP WAS PUT IN ON MOTHER'S DAY LAST YEAR. SHOULD I REPLACE MY FUEL PUMP? OR
COULD U GIVE ME AN IDEA OF WHAT MIGHT BE WRONG?

THANKU KINDLY. BONNIE

First thing to check is fuel pressure with mechanical gauge.

Next remove fuel pressure regulator vacuum line and check for the presence of gas, if there, then you need a new FPR.

Tires can make noise, even if new. Rotate tires, if noise follows rotation, then tire is making noise.
