2001 Chevy Cavalier car will not start

My car will not start, when conecting the OBD II to check for codes. The code 1621 comes up stating manufactor control auxiliary inputs auxiliary outputs. What do I check to fix this?

DTC P0601-P0607, P1600, P1621, P1627, P1680 0R P1683: PCM MEMORY Description This diagnostic test applies to internal microprocessor integrity conditions within control module. This diagnostic test also addresses if control module is not programmed. Diagnostic Procedures 1. Perform powertrain diagnostic system check. See POWERTRAIN DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM CHECK (GASOLINE) under SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM. After performing powertrain diagnostic system check, go to next step. 2. If DTC P0602 is set, go to next step. If DTC P0602 is not set, go to step 5. 3. Program PCM. See POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULE REPROGRAMMING under PROGRAMMING. If DTC P0602 resets, go to next step. If DTC P0602 resets, go to step 6. 4. Ensure all tool connections are secure. Ensure programming equipment is operating correctly. Ensure correct software/calibration package is used. Attempt to program PCM. See POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULE REPROGRAMMING under PROGRAMMING. If DTC P0602 resets, go to next step. If DTC P0602 does not reset, go to step 6. 5. Replace PCM. See POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULE in appropriate REMOVAL, OVERHAUL & INSTALLATION article. After repairs, go to next step. 6. Using scan tool, clear DTCs. Turn ignition off for 30 seconds. Start engine. Operate vehicle. If DTC does not reset, go to next step. 7. Using scan tool, observe stored information. If any DTCs are displayed that have not been diagnosed, see DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE DEFINITIONS. NOTE: For circuit reference, see WIRING DIAGRAMS article.
