That is the Left rear sensor and the code means it is either shorted to batteery voltage or ground or has an open circuit. Since you ahve replaced the sensors and it did not work, it means you have a fault with the wiring. You need to test the wiring between the sensor and ABS control module to confirm whether it is an open or shorted circuit.

I am a girl. I don't know the size of my engine  It's a 2002, chevy cavalier automatic. It's got 80,000 miles. I think its a 4 cylinder. But it may be a 6. (?) The check engine light comes on after the car reaches normal driving temp. Also the trac off light comes on. And if I drive very long the car will occasionally try to die on me. None of the men I know- know anything about this. I already ridiculed em all, cuz aren't all boys born with every car repair answer? Help please?

The trac off light is asking for a new trany filter. I have a 2000 and when the trac light comes on it shifts very hard. There aren't any codes in the computor for it. I changed the filter an all was well.

After about 20 min of driving the trac off light pops up on my dash. The car will start acting like its not getting enough gas then it will just die. I pull over give it about one min and it will crank back up drive for about 4 to 6 miles and do it again.

You need to have a scanner that is capable of watching the sensors inputs. It is probably a front wheel bearing. Or both. I have also seen harnesses be a source, but not nearly as often. Ohming works only sometimes.

I stand by what I first said. Even you replaced them last week. Not trying to be difficult, but I have warrantied my share of faulty bearing/hub assys. The good news is they should still be under warranty. The harnesses were also replaced?

Yeah it will cost to verify it, Its payments or repairs, no one rides for free. You don't have to go to a dealer for this.

If one of your front tires spins a little faster than the other, like on ice or snow, the computer picks up on it and closes a clutch in the differential to limit the slip and help control traction.
