Transmission codes coming up P0758 and P0753 wipers work turn signals work wheel lock works. Cant understand unhooked battery while working on column. Also test drove transmission is not working right never had any of these problems before ignition situation. Please help?

First check all the fuses, make sure the column is grounded. When went to boneyard did they give you the column or did you pull it? If they gave you it the colimn could be from a diferent car and even though the wiring harness works could be wiring that is not compable. If everything worked ok with the old column but the ign switch was bad you can try changing the ignition switch in the old column and reinstall it.
