I recently replaced the brakes on the front of my 02 cavalier at about 39K mi. (New pads and turned the warped rotors until flat again). I am getting some clicking noises when I first apply the breaks. It sounds as if the pads are rattling around on the caliper but if I ride the brakes a bit the clicking continues. I pulled the wheels and checked the brakes, everything seems fine, though there is a bit of play (less than 1/8" ) in the pads on the caliper.
