2002 Chevy Blazer lifter noise

whe i start the truck there is a tapping noise after it warms up it dissapates but does no go away

It sounds like a lifter needs to build up pressure before the noise goes away. If it doesn't I would recommend running a cleaner through the engine to see if it will help. There are many products made. Ask the store mgr about their products and what he recommends.
