2001 Chevy Blazer 130000 miles

4 times in the past 6 months I go to start my blazer and the lights all turn on but nothing else happens. There is no click and the starter doesn't make a noise. Then I g back and try to start it and it will start. Sometimes it starts later that day or sometimes it won't start again for a couple of days. I have checked the battery voltage, cleaned the battery terminals, but I am out of ideas.

Welcome to the forum, when the problem occurs, check for voltage at the crank fuse, underhood fuse box. That fuse circuit should be hot, with the key in the crank position. You can use a testlite, the alligator clip goes to chassis ground, metal part of vehicle, the pointed end goes to the fuse circuit, if the lite comes on, the circuit has voltage.
