I changed my radiator, water pump and thermostat and my truck still runs hot.
could it be my heater core (I don't have heat in the winter) I was told by Fi_esto_e that the heads was bad.

Is the coolant leaking? Any smoke from exhaust? It could be radiator fan(s) not working, air in system, clog in system, cracked head gasket etc. If there is no leak of coolant (either visible wet spots or smoke) than it's probably a clog in the system, air in system or radiator fan(s) not coming on.
