Air Conditioning problem
1996 Chevy Blazer 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic 146000 miles
just bought a 96 blazer from a friend. When I turned the a/c on it would blow warm air but no cold air. I checked under the hood and the wheel on the front of the a/c compresser would spin for a couple seconds and then stop and then start again a few seconds later and then stop after a couple seconds and it kept doing this. He said the a/c works it just needed to be charged so I bought a can of 134a. When I took the cap off the accumulator tank to charge it a piece of plastic got wedged against the tongue and drained everything out of the tank. I filled the tank with the can I bought. Now when I turn on the a/c it still blows warm air but no cold air like before. However the wheel on the front of the compresser does not spin anymore. Anyone know what the problem might be?
have the same problem?
