Electrical problem
1987 Chevy Blazer V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

I changed the fuel filter on the Blazer listed above. It will not start now. Is there a fuel system reset button or switch if so where is it located?

No reset. Make sure the filter is installed with the arrow pointing in the correct direction.

Hello SWilliams, The filter is installed correctly - still won't start. We can not hear the fuel pump come on. Where is it located on this vehicle?

Not hearing the pump is not good. Check the fuse and the relay. The pump itself is in the fuel tank. There is a direct lead to the pump, if you apply 12 volts to it you can test the pump. The wire is usually taped to the harness on the drivers fender.
