Brake Lights Only on the top overhead not on the tailigts

Yes I checked the fuse's and the bulbs, also the hazards dont work unless I Jiggle the switch, Can you Help

If jiggling the switch makes it work, replace it. Check to be sure the vans wiring wasnt damaged when it was tapped into for the trailer.
