There is no power when accelerating, oil gauge is extreamly low at an idol, and a loud knocking noise. (More of a clanking noise in the front left side of the motor)

Hi:
Not a good sound. It sounds like you may have a bad rod or crank bearing. This could require an engine O.H. Or engine replacement. Make sure the oil is full.
