Car struggles to stay on after cranking over

Hello! I just recently did a motor swap and is now experiencing a problem. When I start up the car, sometimes it'll start up fine, other times, it struggles to start and stay on when in idle. It drives fine, no problems whatsoever, just when I crank it over. When in idle, the motor seems to boggle? Or wobble? I'm not sure which words to use there but as it warms up and drops to lower to rpm, it struggles to stay on. I have to rev it up to make sure it stays up but when it goes below 600 rpm, it either struggles or just dies and I'll have to start it up again. Battery is good when the car is on and off and spark plugs are new. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Have the throttle body and IAC cleaned and retest.
