My will have trouble turning on sometimes, after it turns on the cooling meter will be at cold then when driving around it will go to hot and overheat. The pressure was build up in the engine when I release the cooling head cap you will hear the pressure releasing and the cooling was spraying out from the other side of the vehicle. I am guessing holes. Please help.

Holes means leaks. How can the system build pressure if there is a leak? A better suspect is the radiator fan not turning on. The clue is the engine will not overheat when driving at highway speed because the natural air flow is sufficient to cool the radiator.

If the overheating occurs at every speed, have your mechanic perform a chemical test at the radiator for a leaking cylinder head gasket.
