SERVICE RIDE CONTROL

We have a customer who's 1997 SLS came in for a malfunctioning alternator and an oil change. Everything seems to running fine, but now the " Service Ride Control" light is lit and it was not previously.

Our scan tool does not register anything wrong. Is there a way we can find out what this light means, and is there a way to clear the codes out of the system?

The vehicle has 59,000 miles on it.

You would have to use the ON-BOARD (OBD-II) diagnostic on this car. Search in google--- OBD OBD-II trouble codes
