Cadillac El Dorado

I own a 1992 Cadillac Eldorado, about 130,000 miles.
I took the car in for a little early maintenance on my brakes. The rotors and calipers are good and all was done was new pads and to machine the rotors and get some new brake hoses installed.

It's been about a week since leaving the shop. My brakes had no squeal before entering the shop but now for about this week there has been a quiet squeal while driving (foot off the brake) and a quiet squeal when applying the brakes on occasion.

Do I need to take the car back into the shop? Or do
brand new brake pads need a little time and use to " settle" in?

Thanks for your help.
