NOT STARTING

I have a 1996 Park Avenue with 180,000 miles. It has a 3.8L engine. At first it started to die and sputter when accelerating. We found the fuel pressure to be about 10psi too low and changed the fuel pump. Next it would run fine but failed to start when shut off. When I come back about 30 minutes later it will start and run fine. The code indicated a crankcase sensor which was changed but with no result. It still will not start after running a while but is not indicating any codes. If I let it sit for a while it starts fine again. What should I look for?

Look on the fuel rail for the pressure regulator.
