1997 Buick Lesabre how do I change the fuel filter

1997 Buick Lesabre 6 cyl Automatic
the code from the check engine light is saying that I have a fuel trim lean and I think I need to change my fuel filter, how do I change it? Where is it located?
have the same problem?

It should be in the rear near the fuel tank. I believe the driver's side. It has two steel lines going into it. Just unbolt them and replace it with a new one.
