I have a 1997 Buick Lesabre with a P0302 - Cylinder 2 Misfire. The light flashes, then comes on steady, and then three start cycles later, turns off. This has happened three times. I have replaced the spark plugs and spark plug wires. What else could be causing this problem? It is only throwing the P0302, no other code, and the code only comes on about once a week or so, usually when it gets warm. When the code sets, I am accelerating from around 30 mph - 60mph. The engine hesitates while I am pushing on the gas, and then when the MIL flashes, the car runs normally.

If there's a misfiring in a specific cylinder it should lead you to check the spark plug, fuel injector and compression.
