Electrical problem
1997 Buick Century 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 120000 miles

The passenger(right)? Side turn signal does not work on the front of the car. It flashes very slowly. The back flashes quickly, and the clicking happens quickly. I replaced both bulbs-didn't work. I changed the dashboard bulb, cuz I noticed the green arrow wan't flashing. The left side works fine, and when the hazards are on the same thing happens. The fuses are ok too. Corrosion does not look like a problem with this vehicle, despite the fact that its a 12 yr old car.

Suspect a faulty flasher relay or turn signal switch. Flasher is located below left side of dash, mounted on multi-purpose bracket near the body control module. They normally fail long before the signal switch does.
