Transmission problem
2003 BMW 530 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Manual

So recently I had my alternator change, while doing so also had oil change, and some type of belt. I'm pretty sure it wasn't the timing belt, but maybe water pump belt that was change or some type of belt. So I got it back, when I was driving it I noticed it made this clank clank sound as I shifted and accelerated. As I release the gas, the clank stop. I drove it for a couple of days with no problem, but the clank still persist. Then today, as I was approaching a red light, I started to brake. As I reach the red light it turned green, so I shift to 2nd as usual. But this time it the clutch didn't eat, and the engine was reving out of control. Then I some how manage to get a hold of it, and drove it home. I'm thinking it has to do something with that belt that was change. Sounds like something is not tighten. Thanks
