Car emits a lot of blue smoke at start but clears up and no problem until next morning. No oil or water loss. Check engine light comes off and on while driving, will come on at acceleration and go out at steady speed. Replaced fuel regulator, lot of fuel in rail. Started car and no smoke. Next morning, smoke was back. Smells of gas. Car starts and runs fine. Idles smoothly. Car is 2.0 4 cyl, std trans.

With age of car and mileage its probably valve seals are bad and need to be replaced.
