BLAZER WONT START AFTER SNOW DAY

The day after it snowed my blazer decided it wouldnt start anymore. We have replaced distributor cap and button, ignition control module, ignition coil, new plugs and wires, new crank positioning sensor, new fuel pump and filter fuel pressure is on the low side of 58 psi we have made sure all injectors are flowing perfectly, we have checked to see if there is slack in the timing and its tight. After installing the coil it started burping and backfireing through the exhaust. We unplugged the fuel pump and turned the engine over a few times to make sure gas wasnt loading up in the exhaust, still doing the same thing. I am baffeled, can someone please help. Thanks

Check the ignition pick-up coil in the distributor
