I have an 97 Audi A4 standard Quattro with 175,000 miles. I just changed the water pump and now the check engine light is on. I double checked all the connectionsw I had to unplug to take the front clip off and oil was just changed. Any suggestions? Its my first Audi so I'm not real familliar with them. Please and Thank you!

Do you have access to a scanner? There are some code scanners available for less than $100.00 The check engine lamp is being commanded on for a reason and the scanner will define which direction the repairs should go.
