I have a 1997 Honda Civic EX. I have a antifreeze leak in my upper radiator hose. I replaced the hose but it was still leaking. I then noticed it is also leaking from the part that connects the hose to the engine. Everyone keeps telling me its the thermostat housing but my repair manual says my thermostat is connect to my lower radiator hose. Well when I went to change the gasket and bolts on that part the bottom bolt (only has 2 bolts) broke off flush with the head of the engine. I am trying to figure out the name of the part that the hose is connected too. Also is there any way to get the bolt out without a extraction kit and tap and die kit?
