Rim alloy corrosion?

I'm starting to get corrosion on my alloys. How urgent is this to fix and how much does it usually cost?

Is that damage battery acid or salt? I would get a used wheel from a wrecking yard asap which should cost about $80.00, because the rim is about to fail.
