69500 miles speedometer needle is pinned to the right.
I was removing instrument package to send speedometer out for repair. hoever I disconnected and reconnected the two electrical connections in doing so the needle reset to the left and was free moving when i rotated the instrument package. Once I restarted the car the needle again pinned to the right.
Is my problem only in the speedometer or is it something else. Obviously it is electrical and and not mechanical in nature.
