how do you change the low beam HID headlights?

I only watched a body shop guy replace mine. He took off the bumper then the headlight assembly was accessable. He then twisted out the bulb. Careful, never touch the new bulb; use clean gloves.

p.s. I shopped all over for the bulb. the best price I could find was $60
