Car died middle of the parking lot, Found a that the 30 amp pcm fuse was blown replace it. Found a bundle of wires laying on EGR tube had melted one wire to the cooper so fixed thst wire, Now car has nothing, no fuel pump, no starter turn over nothing, To me seems PCM is bad but, but what research I have found people say the PCM is ok, but why no fuel pump or no starter? Starter relay tested ok, no other fuses are blown from my knowledge, I seem to think a sensor in the line the PCM has shorted out but can seem figure which one it is. Maybe TRS OR NSS?

Recheck the wiring that is burnt up you may have more than one and make sure it is soldered together not twisted.
