What stops the fuel from sloshing around in a fuel tank?

It will slosh some but there are baffles in tank.

Hi! One more question how does a vacuum operated fuel pressure regulator work?

the engine supplies vacuum via a hose to fuel pressure regulator which overcomes the spring inside to make the regulator lower the pressure to what is needed.
