2009 TOYOTA COROLLA HVAC CONTROLS

No power to hvac controls. No lights blower operation or modes. No access to scan tool to check modules or communication but all fuses and relays appear to be working. No aftermarket equipment is installed. No check engine light only the a/c controls are not working.

You would have to test for power to the control for a start if fuses are good. Hope you tested them instead of a visual inspection.
