I have an 2009 Infinity G37X. I recently had my 15000 mile recommended scheduled service maintenance performed at my dealership. The problem: as the car was being driven back home, several warning lites came on and the engine began to buck. Upon reaching home, I checked the oil level. Nothing registered on the dip stick. I contacted the dealership and had the car towed back for evaluation. They reported that the Tech inadvertently did not fill the crankcase to the proper level. According to them, it was 2 1/2 quarts low. We drove the car approximately 35 miles. What should be done and what are the potential long term consequences?
