2007 Toyota Corolla car not starting

My 2007 toyota corolla will not start, there are clicking noises, radio, lights all work and the lights of the engine, oil, battery are all on. In december I changed the battery and the alternator. Terminals on batter look dirty and has some corosion. Please help!

If the terminals are dirty, loose, or damaged this can result in a lack of amps going through the wire to the starter. Try cleaning the terminals and making sure they are tight.

Have the battery tested if cleaning the terminals does not help.
