In colder weather +5 to -20 I start my car and it will shut off, again an again ! If I plug in the block heater for a couple hours and then start the car it runs fine ! What make the different for start up?

A warm engine makes a lot of difference. I think most databases says to check a start and stall, the same as no start. So are you losing spark or fuel? Any applicable trouble codes?
