When I am driving my car down a hill I hear a roaring noise on the passanger side of my car on the front and thats the only time I hear it I have replaced my front brakes this year and my cv joint on that side and put new bearings in both sides of the front and I put new tires on it as well and but the tire on the passangers side I had to patch a hole in it but thats all

The roaring noise could mean that your wheels are not balanced properly. You should get them balanced.
