HOW TO CHANGE THE SEATBELT ON THE DRIVER'S SIDE?

My seat belt will not stay latched on the driver's side. After it is clicked in, somtimes it just pops right out. I think that the latch part needs to be replaced. I was wondering if this is something I can do my self or need to take it in.

Take that to the dealer it should be covered under warranty as it's a safety item.
