The car will not start in the cold 30 degrees or under. But if you move it to a sunny area wait 5 min it starts.I poured hot water all over motor and it started. About 1 bucket full. Does it have a temp senser for cold use.
Do you

What your describing is most likely a bad ignition switch they fail more commonly when it's 40 degree's or less. When it won't start is the security light on solid or flashing? If so then I would have your body control module scanned for code's most auto part's store's can't scan the body control module for code's. If you have a B2960 and or a B3033 then you will have to replace the ignition switch.
