I HEAR A CLICKING NOISE COMING FROM MY FRONT DRIVER SIDE WHEEL WHEN I TURN WHEN ITS COLD OUTSIDE

When it's cold outside and I turn a corner I hear a clicking noise in my driver side front wheel, I had new brakes put on and I did'nt notice the sound until after the service. Also I hear a vibration noise in my dash when im acellerating at a low speed how do I get it to stop?

Could be outer cv joint on axle making click.
