Whining sound comes fro the engine where the serpentine belt is located. I have replaced the upper pulley bearing and the belt tensioner then the whining sound went quieter but still persisted but after six months it seems to increase again more and more. What should I do, please advise, as I don't want to spend any more on trying to find the fault.

THANK YOU

One of the belt driven components has a problem and it's only going to be found by someone listening to it on site. Using a stethoscope may help.
