2006 FORD TAURUS CHECK ENGINE LIGHT

Well, it really isn't a problem but general questions and observations.

OBSERVATION #: Check Engine light is always on

The car has plenty of gas in the car, oil is always changed on time, tire pressure is great, nothing leaks and the car runs perfectly fine.

What could cause it to go on?

The gas milage went UP since it started going on. The average MPG is now about 25.5 when before it was close to 22-23 MPG.

The car doesn't shutter or make any loud noises and the brakes are even in good shape too.

Go to an Autozone or similar have codes read then post
