Have a 2006 chevy Trailblazer that is misfiring in random cylinders. It was sitting for 30 days during a couple blizzards with not much gas. Could this just be caused from moisture in the tank? How many gas treatments to take care of this problem? What else could cause this?

Random misfire are usually caused by vacuum leaks and contaminated fuel.
