Pulled into work parking lot, didn't come to a complete stop before going into reverse, noticed hard shift and engine running at high rpms in drive, reverse and park. Did I lock in a vacuum somewhere and how do I correct it?

Try cleaning throttle plate on both sides and iac hole with choke cleaner then look for a vacuum leak.
