Car driven on a flat tire and tire caught on fire, all the electrical wires have come loose and some cut. Car battery is now dead and the transmission I put on neutral with the E brake on because it won't shift up to reverse or park. Please advise

It the wires were burnt, you need to have them replaced. A fault with the wires would cause electrical faults and the charging system could be affected causing the flat battery.

Not being able to shift to P could be a fault with the shift cable. Check for damage to it.
