Hi, I have a 2005 jeep wrangler with manual transmission. Today I went to turn the key but the engine would not start. The lights and radio turn on just fine so I don't believe it is the battery. When I try to start it I hear a single click coming from below where the passengers feet would be. Pretty sure the sound is coming from where the starter is located. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I have this problem too but it's a known problem with Jeep Wranglers built around this year. There is a problem with the shifting mechanism which makes it "think" your car isn't in park. Put the key in and shift the car from park to neutral and then back to park. Usually works on mine.
