2005 Hyundai Trajet Difficulty getiing into reverse gear

The revere gear doesn't get in without a lot of difficulty. Has anyone experienced this problem? Possible cause and solution??

try adjusting clutch if it can or it may be a clutch problem there is no synchro on reverse so they may be harder to go in gear instead of forward gears. also have linkage and shifter checked.
