FAILSAFE ENGINE MODE

When I drive in bad snow conditions, the transmission will continually downshift and the Failsafe Engine Mode light will come on. We have had it to repair shops several times and the computer never shows a code. They cannot get it to duplicate the problem. Plus it only seems to happen when there is snow on the ground. This last time, we had the tranny fluid replaced. They have gotten it to downshift, but the FEM light has not come on.
